Aman is a diversified entrepreneur from Angul, Odisha, best known for pioneering organised salon chains in Odisha and Bihar over the last 11 years. A first-generation entrepreneur from Angul, Odisha, diversified into multiple sectors before finding his calling in beauty and wellness.
His venture into Salon & Spa redefined customer expectations in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, introducing international products and SOP-driven services. He is definitely setting new benchmarks for service and style in the region.

He stepped into the Salon & Spa world 11 years ago, when the industry in Odisha & Bihar was still finding its feet. He didn’t just open salons. He set the standards.

Along the way, he founded ‘’Neev Academy for Hair & Beauty’’ to turn Raw Talent Into Skilled Professionals. Today, he tracks every trend, tests every product, and mentors salons so they don’t just survive — they thrive.
